Macy's Passport: Fashion and Compassion

This past week I was featured as the 2xist Image model in the 2008 Macy's Passport: Fashion and Compassion. This was an unbelievable event. It raised an incredible amount of money for HIV/AIDS organizations nation wide and helped to spread education about the disease to thousands. It was a crazy night of fashion, celebrity, and musical guests/performances. Celebs that participated ranged from Sharon Stone, Liz Taylor, Tori Spelling, Tommy Hilfiger, Ne-Yo, The Pussycat Dolls, Kathy Ireland, Fallout Boy, Adrian Young of No Doubt and many more.

Nick Goes to LA

I am traveling to LA tomorrow morning to represent 2(x)ist at Macy's Passport: Fashion and Compassion. This celebrity filled event is a huge charity created by Macy's West that has raised over 25 million dollars over the past 25 years for HIV and AIDS organizations. I will be walking in the show in 2(x)ist Underwear on the 25th and 26th. I am looking forward to being part of such a worthy event.

PEREZZZZZZZ

Perez Hilton took part in an amazing photo shoot this weekend with famed snappers Markus Klinko & Indrani that I was lucky enough to be shot in. They're Mariah Carey's retouchers! Markus Klinko & Indrani have done just about everyone from Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Pamela Anderson to Britney. These behind the scenes pics just give you a taste of what to expect. The shoot was so much fun and I'm sure the final images will be off the chain. I am blocked in the above photos by Markus and crew when they jumped in....but in the actual images I am right next to Perez!

Perez Hilton Photo Shoot

I just completed a photo shoot today with famous celeb photographer Markus Klinko and Indrani Photography featuring Perez Hilton that will benefit the 'Marriage Equality USA' charity and will be shown at the upcoming art exhibit at Art Besel Miami as well as be part of Perez Hilton's new book. It has already been written up in Page Six and The Miami Herald. Mr. Hilton as Louis XVI, king of France, was pictured with a modern and over the top fashion twist. He was surrounded by nude female and male models including yours truely! So much Perez in one week!

Xanadu

I had the privilege of seeing Xanadu on Broadway last night. Cheyenne Jackson led an amazingly hysterical evening of theatre. Its unfortunate that this show is ending next month. I was seated with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton who I was glad to see supporting Broadway. Although he did inform me that he hated A Chorus Line, he seemed to enjoy Xanadu and asked to check out my "guns". I hope he enjoys his stay in NYC.

Working on my Fitness

I have to thank The Pennbriar Health Club in Erie PA for always being so generous when I am back home in Erie. They always provide me with a gym to continue to train at while I am away from NYC. Thank you!

ERIE

I performed last night at the Metropolitan Club with the Erie Phil Unplugged season preview. It was a well received event and I thank them for bringing me back to my hometown for this opportunity. Since I have been back in town I appeared twice on the local NBC affiliate station as well as a radio interview on Star 104, Erie's #1 hit music station. A huge thanks to my hometown for the welcome back. I will continue to teach master classes for the remainder of my stay. So far I have visited Little Dance Studio, The Lake Erie Ballet, and Mercyhurst Preparatory.

Erie Phil: Unplugged

I am returning to my hometown of Erie Pennsylvania today to perform there for the first time in over 7 years. I will be headed back to sing at the Erie Phil: Unplugged season preview which will promote my one night only holiday concert with the Erie Philharmonic on December 13th. While in Erie I will be teaching master classes at several dance schools as well as my high school, Mercyhurst Preparatory.

Caligula: an ancient glam epic

I recently finished the reading of Caligula, a new musical by Eric Svejcar. I played the role of Germanicus, an immensely popular wartime general and father of Caligula. It was presented at the Snapple Center Theatre in Times Square and featured Euan Morton(Taboo, Hair), Autumn Hurlbert(Legally Blonde), Judy Gold (25 Questions for a Jewish Mother) and Kevin Carolan(Chicago, Dirty Blonde).
