Don't Leave Me This Way! Priscilla to close June 24th
It's with great sadness that Priscilla Queen of the Desert will end it's Broadway run on June 24th 2012. It's been an incredible journey and I am forever grateful for this unbelievable opportunity. This musical has touched so many and I am humbled and blessed to have been a part of it. I'll never forget this wonderful time in my life. Get your tickets now!!!! Xo

Hip hop
A quick update... I recently injured my hip during a performance of Priscilla. I should be back in the show by the end of the week, fingers crossed. With rest and physical therapy I should be stronger then before. See you soon.

Theater Hall of Fame
On June 2nd, I was honored by the American Theater Hall of Fame with a Fellowship as a "breakthrough performance" for my role
in Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Each year the Hall of Fame selects an emerging theater artist to receive the Fellowship and grant. I was the recipient for 2011, along with up and coming director Daniel Talbott. The ceremony also honored Theater Hall of Fame member Rosemary Harris.

WINNER!
I took home Two Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards for Favorite Diva Performance & Favorite Breakthrough Performance last night. It was an incredible evening & star studded event with celebrity host Vanessa Williams and presenters such as Audra McDonald, Sutton Foster and Gavin Creel. I had a blast, was so honored to be awarded for my performance in Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and was very grateful to share the evening with my family. Thanks to all who voted!
