LIVE OUT LOUD

I'm pleased to announce that I will host LIVE OUT LOUD'S Eighth Annual Young Trailblazers Benefit Gala on Monday, April 27th.

Dedicated to empowering lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) youth, LIVE OUT LOUD is a non-profit organization that produces panel discussions, lectures, and workshops that connect LGBT youth with role models and leaders in the LGBT community

More than 500 community leaders are expected to attend LIVE OUT LOUD'S Eighth Annual Young Trailblazers Benefit, which will take place at the Chelsea Art Museum (556 W. 22nd Street at 11th Avenue) from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. The annual event will culminate with the awarding of $2500 scholarships to four high school seniors who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills.

In addition to the scholarship presentation, the gala will feature a silent auction and cocktails and food by New York's best restaurants and caterers.

Sponsors of the Eighth Annual Young Trailblazers Gala include New York Times; TJ Maxx Marshalls; and Daryl Roth Productions.

To purchase tickets, which start at $85.00, contact Leo Preziosi at 212.651.4236 leo@liveoutloud.info or visit www.liveoutloud.info.

Hollywood

Check out the body-throne billboard that has been erected on Sunset for the launch of the new season of The Tudors. I got an email from a friend including this photo of the print ad I did that covers the side of a building in LA. I've been seeing them all over the subway stations in NYC. Glad to see them even bigger on the west coast.

BRITNEY'S BACK

I just returned to NYC this afternoon after attending The Circus Starring Britney Spears in Boston last night. I took a VIP backstage tour, attended a preshow cocktail party with some of the staff and performers, and was close enough to the stage to reach out and touch Ms Spears herself. What a fantastic night of entertainment. She is back and hittin' it like she use to. It's spectacular and I'm happy to see Britney back on top.

HAIR

I attended the revival of HAIR on Broadway sunday night following my matinee of Guys and Dolls. I was absolutely blown away by the entire production. I can't begin to describe what an incredible experience it was to sit in that audience and be a part of the electrifying, tangible energy circulating through that theatre. WOW! A must see. Bravo.

Radio City Showdown

I attended the first of the debates between conservative author, Ann Coulter and liberal comedian, Bill Maher, last night at Radio City Music Hall. While they  covered an array of topics ranging from politics, religion, to stem cell research, I was surprised at the overwhelmingly amicable behavior between the two. Although they have a long standing history, I expected more conflict. It was informative, entertaining, and I urge you to take advantage of this series if you are able.

Rest In Peace

Two years ago today The Pirate Queen opened for previews on Broadway. I was feeling a little sentimental and thought I should remind everyone of my first original cast. RIP!

GUYS AND DOLLS OPENING NIGHT

RATE GUYS AND DOLLS!

I am urging my fans, friends, and family to visit the NYTIMES and rate/review Guys and Dolls so that readers can see how much audiences are loving the show. It only takes a minute (registering is free and easy) and I would greatly appreciate the support. Help keep Broadway alive. Thank you in advance.

Happy Opening Britney

I hope Britney Spears had a great opening of The Circus Tour last night in New Orleans. I of course already have my tickets and am anticipating seeing her back on stage. Well done Brit.

Another Opening Another Show

Guys and Dolls opened on Broadway sunday March 1st at the Nederlander Theatre. It was a wonderful evening with a star studded audience that included my mother, brother, and best friend. I am honored to be a part of this company and to have opened another show on the great white way. May we have a long healthy run.
